Morgan Langworthy Therapy

for young children and caregivers of young children who may have experienced trauma

Sometimes we feel overwhelmed, confused, hurt, and in need of a safe place for healing, connection, and understanding - a place to slow down, breathe, and discover power and meaning in all that is happening.

If you find yourself here - seeking support for yourself, your child, or your family - it is important that you know you are not alone, it makes sense to feel that way, and therapy can help.

Morgan is a licensed clinical professional counselor specializing in helping children and their caregivers heal from the emotional effects of childhood trauma and stress.

Early childhood trauma can have a tremendous impact on our developing brains and bodies - and it can shape the way we relate to ourselves, others, and the world around us.

As a parent or caregiver, we bring with us our own complex and unique trauma and attachment histories, when we bear witness to our little ones' encounter with trauma and stress.

Therapy provides us with a sacred time and safe space to adaptively process our upsetting experiences from early childhood, and prepares us to better respond to our emotions and symptoms - and those of our child - with grace and compassion.
